Why is the Kaohsiung Metro R11 station only one front entrance yet it has no back entrance to the station?

The R11 Kaohsiung Station was designed in line with the Ministry of Transportation and Communications’ policy to make the national railway underground. We will cooperate with the construction progress of the Railway Reconstruction Engineering Bureau of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications and will build the rear exit to facilitate passengers taking the Metro.
